00 — Overview

What These Terms Cover

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Yitro MissedToBooked service, operated by Raza as a sole proprietor in Ontario, Canada. They apply to two groups of people:

By using this service in either capacity, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

01 — The Service

What MissedToBooked Does

MissedToBooked is an automated SMS-based missed call handling and appointment booking service. When a call to a participating trades business goes unanswered, the system automatically sends a professional SMS response to the caller, engages them in a brief booking conversation, and schedules an appointment directly to the business's calendar.

The service operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, at a flat monthly rate with no per-message overages.

02 — SMS Program Terms

SMS Messaging Terms

The following terms govern SMS communications sent through the Yitro MissedToBooked program and are required disclosures under applicable messaging regulations.

Program Details — MissedToBooked

Program Name: Yitro MissedToBooked

Program Description: Automated SMS responses to missed calls placed to participating trades businesses. Messages are sent on behalf of the business you called to confirm availability and book appointments. Consent is obtained at the point of missed call, with prior disclosure to callers through business signage or website notice that unanswered calls may receive an automated SMS follow-up.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies. You will receive an initial response to your missed call, followed by messages based on your replies during the booking conversation. Typically 2–6 messages per interaction.

Message and Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

To opt out: Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will be removed from further messages immediately. You may opt back in by replying START.

Supported carriers: Service is available on all major Canadian and US mobile carriers. Carrier support is not guaranteed for all networks.

We do not sell, rent, transfer, or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent with any third party or affiliate for marketing, promotional, or any other purpose unrelated to delivering the service you requested.

Terms for Trades Businesses

If you are a trades business subscribing to Yitro's service, the following additional terms apply:

Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of service without refund.

05 — Limitation of Liability

Liability Limitations

Yitro is operated as a sole proprietorship. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law in Ontario, Canada, the following limitations apply:

No Guarantee of Uptime. While we make every effort to maintain continuous service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the MissedToBooked system. We are not liable for missed calls or lost bookings resulting from service interruptions.

No Guarantee of Booking Outcomes. The system facilitates booking conversations but does not guarantee that every missed call will result in a confirmed appointment. Customer behaviour and circumstances are outside our control.

Limitation of Damages. To the extent permitted by law, Yitro's total liability for any claim arising from use of the service shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold Yitro harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the service or violation of these terms.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Ontario or Canadian law.

06 — Intellectual Property

Ownership and IP

All content, design, branding, system logic, and materials associated with Yitro and the MissedToBooked service are the intellectual property of Yitro. You may not copy, reproduce, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit any part of the service without written permission.

Conversation logs and booking records generated through your use of the service belong to the trades business client whose number was used. Yitro retains no ownership claim over customer data.

07 — Governing Law

Jurisdiction and Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.

08 — Changes

Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Material changes will be reflected with an updated effective date. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify active business subscribers of material changes via email.
